Terms of Service

1.Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using NAT in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2.Description of Service

NAT is an AI-powered testing platform for API security testing, functional testing, visual regression, accessibility scanning, and performance testing. It is available as a cloud SaaS at app.nat-testing.io and as a self-hosted open-source release under the AGPL-3.0 license.

3.Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Accounts are for individual use. Shared accounts (multiple people using a single set of credentials) are not permitted.

4.Acceptable Use

• You may only scan APIs and applications that you own or have explicit written authorization to test.
• You must not use NAT to attack, disrupt, or compromise systems you do not own or have authorization to test.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the NAT service.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the service.

5.Plans and Billing

• Free plan: No credit card required. Includes 50 scans per month.
• Paid plans: Billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are granted at our discretion.

6.Intellectual Property

NAT and its agents, algorithms, and documentation are owned by NAT. Your scan data, results, and configurations remain yours. By using NAT, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

7.Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using NAT, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

8.Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

9.Limitation of Liability

NAT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, security incidents discovered (or missed) by scans, or service interruptions.

10.Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the dashboard or by emailing support@nat-testing.io.

11.Changes to Terms

We will notify you of material changes to these Terms via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
